Color My World: Summer Reading Kickoff!
On Saturday, June 7th, the Central Library buzzed with excitement as it hosted a vibrant Summer Reading Kickoff event in collaboration with Microsoft and Best Buy. Families and readers of all ages came together to celebrate the joys of reading, participating in a variety of engaging activities, games, and giveaways.
Guest speaker Sasha Alston shared her experiences, inspiring young minds to nurture their interests through the library. The atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm as children explored new books while parents learned about upcoming summer programs, all thanks to the support of their dedicated partners.
