The historic structures have been removed, and the site is prepped for the upcoming grading and foundation work. This transformation is well underway, marking just the beginning of a significant enhancement.

🔹 **What’s Coming?**
A cutting-edge, two-story, 29,000 sq. ft. activity center will establish John A. White as a premier destination for seniors and golf enthusiasts alike.

🏌️‍♂️ **Golf Upgrades** – The new features include a pro shop, simulators, a halfway house café, and dedicated classrooms for both First Tee youth and senior golfers.

🏠 **Senior Community Spaces** – These will host wellness programs, a fitness center, a teaching kitchen, and activity rooms.

🍽 **Restaurant & Bar** – A dining destination featuring golf simulators, a digital golf hall of fame, and stunning outdoor terrace views.

🎉 **Event Spaces** – Customizable areas suitable for conferences, celebrations, and community gatherings will also be available.

⏳ **Completion is set for late 2026**, but the golf course remains OPEN throughout the construction process!
