🏘️ Upcoming Property Tax Rate Meetings 🏘️
The City of Roswell is tentatively proposing a property tax rate—also known as a millage rate—for tax year 2025 of 4.949 mills, unchanged from the prior year. If approved by the Mayor and Council, this will mark the lowest Maintenance and Operations (M&O) millage rate in 17 years.

City Council will hold three public meetings at City Hall, located at 38 Hill Street, Roswell:

📅 Monday, Sept. 8 at 7:00 p.m.—First Reading at City Council Meeting
📅 Monday, Sept. 15 at 6:00 p.m.—Special Called Meeting – Public Hearing
📅 Monday, Sept. 22 at 7:00 p.m.—Second Reading at City Council Meeting
