Community Engagement Forum in Atlanta!

The Atlanta City Council will host a Community Engagement Forum on Thursday, Sept. 11, 2025, at 6 p.m. at the Martin Luther King Jr. Recreation and Aquatic Center, located at 110 Hilliard Street SE.

At-Large Atlanta City Council member and Committee on Council chair Eshé Collins will lead the Forum to introduce the District 2 applicants eligible for the open seat. This event provides District 2 community members and residents the opportunity to meet the applicants and ask questions.

The event is open to the public, and community members are encouraged to attend and participate in this important discussion about the future leadership of District 2.

The applicants and City Council nominations include:

– Rod Mack
– Derrian Smith
– Tiffany M. Simmons
– Carden Wyckoff
– Ocean Zotique
– James White
– Kwanza Hall
