The historic structures have been cleared, and the site is now prepared for the next big steps—grading and foundation work. This transformation is just the beginning!

A state-of-the-art, two-story, 29,000 sq. ft. activity center aimed at making John A. White a premier destination for seniors and golf enthusiasts alike.

🏌️‍♂️ **Golf Upgrades:** Expect a pro shop, simulators, a halfway house café, and classrooms for both youth and senior golfers.

🏠 **Senior Community Spaces:** Features will include wellness programs, a fitness center, a teaching kitchen, and activity rooms.

🍽 **Restaurant & Bar:** A dining destination equipped with golf simulators, a digital golf hall of fame, and outdoor terrace views.

🎉 **Event Spaces:** Customizable areas designed for conferences, celebrations, and community gatherings.

⏳ Completion is projected for late 2026, but the golf course will remain open throughout construction!
