Atlanta City Council Celebrates National Center Expansion

This event, marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony, introduces the Arthur M. Blank Inspiration Hall and the Shirley Clarke Franklin Pavilion, which feature new and expanded exhibits, classroom and performance spaces, and a cafe.
